U1 watches are usually good quality for the price and they use decent quality 2813 movements with “ SUPER U1” stamped on the rotor. The build quality on RepTime watches are way superior in every aspect (speaking about Rolex,AP,Patek,RM), since they use the same materials (I'm talking about Rolex reps with 904L steel which is used in gen Rolexes). Sinn has some cool designs and make pretty good watches, however, there are quite a bit of quality/QC issues. Let's face it, the quality control, accuracy and attention to detail is no where near a Rolex, but then again, you pay 1/5th the price so .
I'm curious about why I would consider the U1 over the Rolex and Omega. For those of you that have experience with the U1 and the the Rolex or Omega, is the Sinn comparable in durability, movement quality/accuracy/shock proof, and any other considerations to take into account.
While not entirely similar looking, the Sinn U1 makes up in capability. Manufactured using German submarine steel, the 44mm case hosts mechanical movement. In addition, the watch features a scratch-resistant captive bezel and a date display. Above all, the U1’s water resistance is most noteworthy at 1000m. They are factories that produce replica watches. Some factories produce better replicas than others. For example U1 produces a decent "low-tier" Sumbariner replica for pretty cheap, whereas Noob produces higher end Submariner replicas upwards of 0.
